What is Squareframe?
We are a go-to framing service for Instagram photos. We frame your favorite moments with premium quality framing materials at a price point comparable to printing and framing the photos yourself, yet at the convenience of taking only two minutes on your phone.

How does Squareframe work?
Simply download the app, log into your Instagram account within the app, select your preferred photo, match with your preferred frame size and color, and then add to the cart. After checking out, your order will be printed and framed at our facility, shipped, and arrive ready for mounting or standing on any wall, shelf, or surface.

What is Squareframe doing to make an impact?
Connecting our company to a social cause and benefit to our communities is very important to us. As a result, we've committed that a percentage of all sales, including every order you place, will go to local and national efforts benefitting arts in schools and young, up-and-coming artists.

What are your photo prints and frames made of?
Starting at only $25 per frame, our frames consist of premium quality luster photo paper, sustainable New Zealand pine wood moulding, UV filter acrylic glass, and acid-free paper matting.

What frame sizes and colors do you offer?
We currently offer framing for square 4x4, 5x5, and 8x8 inch photo prints and rectangular 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10 inch photo prints in five high-quality colors and stains; Natural, Walnut, Gray Wash, White, and Black. How much is shipping and where do you ship to?
We currently offer $5 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the United States. Our goal is to ship orders by the following business day, but can sometimes take up to three business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and when it's shipped. Transit times are typically 3-5 business days, but can take longer, and expedited shipping is available. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Where are orders processed and fulfilled?
All orders are proudly processed, assembled, and packaged in Atlanta, GA.

Do you offer gift services?
Our frames are ideal for gifting and we offer free specialized gift messaging with each order.

What if I want to frame photos that are not on Instagram?
Though our focus is Instagram photos, we also offer framing for photos within your iPhone's or iPad's photo library. To ensure the highest quality photo prints, you will be notified in the app if a photo you select has insufficient resolution for photo printing.
